Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist – Conversational Marketing and E-commerce Growth

The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and growth for our clients through authentic conversations on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll work closely with our teams to sell coaching programs and services, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise to build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients and establish a rapport
- Follow up with existing leads and close sales
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience
- Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage and communicate with your team to drive success and growth
Day-to-Day Activities
* 2 hours of starting new conversations
- 2 hours of follow-ups
- 2 hours of organic account growth
- 1 hour 30 minutes of replying to active leads and closing sales
- 30 minutes of management and daily communication tasks
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily

- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
