Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing product information that exceeds their expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and ensure that their queries are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
