Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to users navigating our platform for their supply ordering needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve user issues, improve platform functionality, and enhance the overall user experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure a seamless user experience
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its applications
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our support services
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role is preferred
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills and a commitment to teamwork
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with intercom or other chat platforms, with a strong understanding of their features and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, animal health, or a related field (not required but a plus)
