Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work independently, creating your own schedule, and will be required to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
- Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work independently, creating your own schedule, and commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- U.S. citizen or Legal Resident
- Clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual support environment
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Virtual Training Session
As a member of our virtual support and sales team, you'll be required to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role and provide you with a solid foundation for your future career growth.
Background Check and Client Training Fees
You'll be required to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees. These fees will be reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client.
