Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth
  • Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
  • Review customer account information to provide personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
