The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Starting new conversations (2 hours)
  • Follow-ups (2 hours)
  • Organic account growth (2 hours)
  • Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through authentic conversations and social media engagement
  • Work collaboratively with our client success team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and sales
  • Continuously improve and refine sales processes and strategies to optimize results

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
