Experienced Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Warehouse Support

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our last-mile delivery warehouse team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make a significant difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve their issues and concerns
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support
  • Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present
  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

A Day in the Life:

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where arenaflex's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll inform our delivery partners about rescheduled deliveries and work to resolve delivery issues straight away to ensure our customers get a great experience every time.

Requirements:

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
