As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assessing customer needs and providing accurate solutions, troubleshooting, and methods for a positive customer experience
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
