Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee forum conversations and ensure that they remain respectful and constructive. Your role will involve:

Requirements

To excel as a Remote Chat Moderator, you should have:

  • Basic English Writing Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively in written English, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Reliable Internet Connectivity: You'll need a stable internet connection to access our chat platform and communicate with customers.
  • Device Capabilities: You'll need access to a device capable of accessing Facebook and chat functions, such as a laptop, phone, or tablet.
