Job Summary:
As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating with different support channels to provide an exceptional experience to both internal and external customers. You'll conduct impartial assessments to verify information provided through customer calls and emails, ensuring every customer feels like a welcomed part of Key for Business. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally will enable you to make a significant impact on our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Third Party verification via incoming calls and email communication to ensure accurate information and customer satisfaction
- Understand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionally, maintaining a consistent level of quality on all calls
- Deliver a "white glove experience" to customers, providing a seamless and personalized interaction
- Utilize multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers on our products and services
- Collaborate with trending teams to drive continuous process improvement and develop scalable solutions to support Key for Business' mission
- Assist with other pods when needed and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
* 1+ years of prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer satisfaction
- Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis
- Excellent voice quality and inflection, with a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor
- Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments
- Unconventional problem-solving skills, with the ability to "think outside the box"
- Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
- Ability to have open availability to work any day or time
- Must be organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of customer support, data analytics, or similar experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sales Force, and Smart Sheets
- Ability to identify scope and priority of issues and tasks
