Job Overview

We're seeking dedicated and customer-centric individuals to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for customers engaging with our dealer clients online. In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating online conversations regarding automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries, encompassing sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your efforts will help convert these interactions into valuable leads, ultimately driving revenue for our clients through their website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing precise information concerning products and services
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments based on customer needs
  • Continuously developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
  • Capturing essential customer contact information for lead generation and client analysis
  • Summarizing customer interactions to facilitate client reviews
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM; 40 WPM or higher is preferred
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, with experience in gaming or similar environments beneficial
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical capabilities, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience in an office, customer interaction, call center, or customer service environment is preferred
