Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll lead a high-performing team of customer care professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
- Encouraging a culture that prioritizes delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with arenaflex's mission
- Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and well-being issues promptly
- Implementing adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among all team members
- Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with arenaflex's dress code and training regulations
- Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
- Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training skills
- Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships, acting as a well-respected and trusted partner
- Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
- Valid driver's license required
