Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, think creatively, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve unique and complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 4-day weekend schedule with 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

  • Flexible scheduling with opportunities to work from home or our office
  • Hybrid and remote work opportunities available for qualified candidates
  • Provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment and technology

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour

  • $1.00 per hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • 2 weeks paid time off per year

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Experience with customer service software and technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
