Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, responding to customer queries, and providing general administrative support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns

  • Perform tasks and coordinate tasks of others, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and website creation
  • Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Respond to customer queries and provide general administrative support to our CEO
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including report preparation, SEO blog proofreading and editing, and lead generation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and improve results

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

* FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)

  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research

  • Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
  • Familiarity with Basecamp project management system
