A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II
As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll play a critical role in shaping our customers' experiences. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: You'll be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. You'll use your problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of the issue and provide a solution that meets the customer's needs.
- Customer Service and Support: You'll provide critical service and product information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex!
- Order Processing and Data Entry: You'll process orders and enter data into our order entry system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Package Tracking: You'll track customer packages and provide updates to customers, ensuring they stay informed about the status of their orders.
- Other Duties as Assigned: You'll be a versatile and adaptable team member, willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
You Own This If You Have...
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who has:
6+ months of experience
in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Understanding of computer systems
and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance
Ability to work a set schedule
, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times
A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
that meets our technical requirements
The ability to work your entire shift
using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership
Wired, high-speed Internet
