Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team in Queens, NY. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Researching and resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service offerings
