The Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, requests, and feedback through live chat on our clients' websites or social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

What We're Looking For
