Job Summary

We're seeking a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  • Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience in an office setting (minimum 6 months)
  • Basic computer proficiency required (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Schedule/Pay

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Pay up to $16.18/hour
