Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing client data to provide actionable insights and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Data Ventures team, collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify new opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Research, gather, and analyze client data to provide actionable insights and drive business growth

• Collaborate with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify new opportunities
• Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and drive business decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
