Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
