Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering effective, customer-centric support across multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, chat, and text. Your primary goal will be to understand and respond appropriately to stated and unstated customer needs, utilizing all available resources and technology to provide exceptional support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Use your strong judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through any channel.
  • Multitasking and Data Entry: Navigate several computer systems simultaneously and multitask efficiently to accurately input data while gathering necessary information to address customer inquiries.
  • Determining Customer Needs: Determine and assist with all customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general arenaflex inquiries.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Provide adequate information and explanation to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and all other customer questions.
  • Problem-Solving and Sales Opportunities: Leverage problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure to resolve increasingly complex problems, recognizing and acting on sales opportunities to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information after researching questions.
  • Establishing Rapport and Empathy: Connect on a personal level and show empathy to establish rapport and inspire customers in every interaction with a positive attitude, engagement, care, and courtesy.
  • Knowledgeable Resource: Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers through accurate and efficient delivery of information to resolve issues/concerns and help them define product/project needs and desires.
  • Continuous Learning: Practice continuous learning and self-development by remaining actively engaged in ongoing learning of arenaflex business and Contact Center resources in order to effectively carry out activities.

Essential Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience is required.
  • Basic Computer Tools and Navigation: Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications is essential.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Customer Service: Intermediate/advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing is required.
  • Home Internet Speed: A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s download and 5 mb/s upload is required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Customer Service Certification: A customer service certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with arenaflex Products or Services: Experience with arenaflex products or services is preferred.
