Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. This includes:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support experiences
