Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
