Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll provide operational support and maintain and transact data for basic to complex data transactions. You'll work with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data, and you'll be responsible for maintaining and transacting data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide operational support and maintain and transact data for basic to complex data transactions

• Work with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data
• Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Develop and implement data management processes and procedures
• Analyze and report on data trends and insights
• Provide training and support to other team members on data management best practices

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases

• More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or a related field
• Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
• Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
• A track record of success that prioritizes work
• Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
• Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year

• Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable
