Job Summary
As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional support
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed the required typing speed
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement
- Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems, including CRM and sales management tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
