About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our IAM team to implement SailPoint solutions, troubleshoot IAM issues, and design and maintain data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system

• Implement SailPoint solutions, troubleshoot IAM issues, and design and maintain data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with our IAM team to implement JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Develop robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Work with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet the needs of a scalable, agile organization

What You'll Convey

* Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Position Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation

• Strong experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and data-driven solutions
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Minimal Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
