Responsibilities

As a Property Listing Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to gather necessary information for property listings, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data integrity, identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Research and Data Collection: Research and collect relevant property information from various sources, including online platforms, property listings, and other relevant sources.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data Entry Skills: Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
