Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing effective phone etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for every caller, and to build trust and rapport with our customers.

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions, and to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance, and to ensure that all interactions are compliant with our policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently, including our computerized system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and polite interaction, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
