Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to inbound calls, visits, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling high-volume client requests, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior-level staff as needed
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and rules processes to enter patient and medication data
  • Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician permit or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining a current permit or certification

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment

  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued permit or certification
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
