Job Summary
As a Process Associate in our Quality Assurance and Operations Improvement team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in achieving process goals and translating arenaflex's core values into everyday practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Maintain quality metrics of assigned processes and track progress
- Develop and implement process improvements to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Assurance)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a quality assurance or operations improvement role
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
