Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Using arenaflex's cure data area methodologies and rules to process new patient selections by entering data into the appropriate system
- Handling patient medication requests, including entering top-off orders for handling, while adhering to HIPAA rules
- Researching to obtain missing arrangement information and unraveling clinical abbreviated structures (SIG codes)
- Settling all data entry-related exclusions
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
- Settling Pariah Weirdos by investigating, gathering information, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling according to individual plan essentials
- Making telephone calls to underwriters and others to obtain information, gain repeal support, or settle Outcast Weirdos
- Providing assistance to Medication subject matter experts, both in-house and at various regions
- Perceiving and passing issues on to senior-level staff as needed
Key Qualifications:
* Fundamental level PC skills, including: + Starting and shutting down a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing applications + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing records + Accessing information online
- Fundamental web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Creating URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a site + Investigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Moderate level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at a speed of 25 WPM + Composing by memory + Organizing documents
- Ability to provide written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for organizations, and evaluation of customer reliability
- Advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at a speed of 35 WPM, composing by memory, and organizing documents
- Knowledge of Spanish and English
