Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing an exceptional training experience for our Customer Support Associates. You'll lead and support a team of learning professionals, designing and delivering programs that cater to diverse learning needs. Your expertise in adult learning, content design, and facilitation will enable you to create engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll perform the following tasks:
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results: You'll analyze data to identify training and coaching needs, ensuring that our Customer Support Associates receive the support they need to excel.
- Manage live performance metrics end to end: You'll oversee the performance of our Customer Support Associates, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct learning sessions and deliver training courses: You'll design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning needs, including new hire training, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel: You'll analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using your expertise in Excel to create actionable insights.
- Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to ensure that our new hires receive the support they need to succeed.
- Partner with operational stakeholders as a key POC for the Learning Experience team: You'll collaborate with our operational teams to design and deliver training programs that meet their needs.
- Identify learning coaches & certify them: You'll identify and certify learning coaches who can support our Customer Support Associates in their learning journey.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance: You'll work with our Customer Support Associates to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Drive Quality & Learning metrics: You'll analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using your expertise to develop strategies to enhance our Customer Support Associates' skills and knowledge.
- Conduct chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stakeholders: You'll design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning needs, including new hire training, continuous learning, and performance improvement programs.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles: You'll have a proven track record of delivering training programs that drive business results.
- 1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience: You'll have a deep understanding of the customer service industry and the skills and knowledge required to excel in this field.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software: You'll be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software to design and deliver training programs.
- Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English: You'll be fluent in both Japanese and English, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Spoken and Written accuracy and fluency with an Japanese and English: You'll have a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and in person.
- Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones: You'll be flexible and able to work across multiple time zones, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues in different locations.
- Knowledge of adult learning, content design and facilitation: You'll have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, content design, and facilitation, with a strong ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position: You'll have a proven track record of delivering training programs that drive business results.
- Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects: You'll have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong ability to multi-task: You'll be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively, with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
