Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes
  • Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
  • Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes
  • Schedule visits with maintenance customers and follow up on reviews (positive and negative)
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for growth

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Clear background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
