Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes
- Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
- Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Clear background check and drug screen
