The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate – Technical Support, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and upselling our products and services. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer service and support through phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell our products and services to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with arenaflex
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including new features and releases
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge

What You'll Need:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues

  • 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
  • Previous telecommunications experience
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
