The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is seeking a highly skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing important workflow tooling at scale, ensuring that our teams can deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these challenges
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine data-driven solutions
• Iterate on dashboard design, gathering feedback from stakeholders and refining the final product
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) and apply this knowledge to drive business decisions

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Solid understanding of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in Software Development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
• Product Ownership experience, including being responsible for key outcomes for a project and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across associate groups towards a unified goal

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools, including Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• Experience with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
