Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Entering data into various systems, including databases, records, and files, with high accuracy and speed
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports and providing clear and concise information
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of independence and motivation
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
