We're seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our global operations team. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Administrator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our business leaders and teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports
  • Coordinating and executing business events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory management, and financial reports
  • Acquiring and managing labor and products, including PC equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office demands
  • Managing employee onboarding, including office setup, hardware, and software provisioning
  • Scheduling support where required, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Science
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial, business support, or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Partner's Certification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Science
  • Experience with event planning, travel management, and budgeting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our software and hardware offerings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
