Responsibilities
As a Phone & Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing alternatives to meet their needs
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions
- Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Navigating online resources efficiently to access information and complete tasks
- Working with requests and records received from customers seeking to sign up for shifts
- Identifying customer needs, researching credentials, and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to switch between tasks seamlessly
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance, with a strong commitment to being available at your desk during scheduled hours
- Providing positive and professional interactions with customers, even in challenging situations

Qualifications
To succeed as a Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online resources
- Previous remote work from home experience a plus
- Quick learning abilities and the ability to work independently
- Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
- A background check that meets state and federal laws
