Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. You'll also provide exceptional support to our departments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations as needed
  • Perform a range of clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, providing exceptional support and service
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and departments
  • Experience in recycling would be an asset, but not a requirement

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

* 8 hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule
