Job Summary

As a Remote Administrative Assistant – Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device with internet access.
