Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional live chat support to our clients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise to deliver a world-class experience. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional live chat support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems
  • Provide personalized support to our clients, offering product information and recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken

  • Managerial support experience in a large organization
  • Experience connecting directly with senior leaders
  • Key interpersonal skills
  • Solid relational, relationship, and networking abilities to build and maintain powerful professional connections across all regions of the organization
  • Hierarchical abilities, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed climate
  • Great interpersonal skills, solid relationship building, and using time productively
  • Should be a cooperative person working in a unique climate
  • Elevated degree of capability using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Salesforce a plus)

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
