Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS

  • Provide exceptional service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with diverse clientele across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize Zendesk or other CRM experience to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or other CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to follow client policies and guidelines while remaining objective

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with social media and community management
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
