Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your expertise will be essential in developing data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with data quality tools such as Google DataPlex, Collibra Information Quality, or SAS Information Management
• Familiarity with data manipulation languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with data science tools such as Python, R, or Julia
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data governance policies and procedures
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Bigquery, Hive, or AWS Redshift
