Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management.
- Define product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize product development.
- Work with engineers to design, develop, and test our conversational AI and live chat support solutions, ensuring that they meet our quality and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including feature prioritization, release planning, and resource allocation.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and customers.
- Collaborate with data scientists to analyze customer data, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversational AI and live chat support.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed business expectations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with conversational AI and live chat support technologies, such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or Rasa.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
- Experience with machine learning and natural language processing technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
