Job Summary
We're currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding remote team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Responsibilities
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets

Key Qualifications
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
