Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Eligibility Records Resolution

Job Summary:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our enrollment package records and the adjudication system's records, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve discrepancies between enrollment package records and adjudication system records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of eligibility records

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including shared mailboxes and work queues
  • Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
  • Monitor and track records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and vendors
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of data entry and analysis principles, with experience in data quality control and assurance

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
