Technical Sales Manager
Sales Manager - Technical Services Responsible for driving commercial growth across a portfolio of technical marine services, including systems such as Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS), Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS), piping solutions, HVAC, and related engineering services. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to strategic expansion within the maritime and offshore sectors. Promote the company’s technical service offerings and build long-term relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and industry partners. Identify and secure new customers and project opportunities globally. Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies, including financial target setting and performance tracking. Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting through CRM systems. Drive cross-selling initiatives across different technical service areas. Ensure compliance with HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including incident reporting. Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and key business metrics. Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within marine technical services or outfitting. Strong industry network within shipowners, shipyards, or marine engineering sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Salary: GBP 50000 - 65000 per year
