Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE Remote Trust and Estate Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Support senior attorneys in trust and estate litigation cases
  • Manage a case load of approximately 25 large cases
  • Conduct hearings and participate in trial preparations
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Engage in law and motion practice
  • Assist with depositions as needed
  • Collaborate with a team of associates and paralegals

Remote Associate Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in trust and estate litigation
  • Experience with business litigation, contract disputes, and real estate transaction litigation
  • Proficiency in discovery, law & motion, and deposition processes
  • Barred in California
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs
  • Strong writing skills are essential
  • Experience in a high-net-worth clientele environment is preferred
