Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to drive team performance, set goals, and track metrics
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their overall performance and skills
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Analyzing data and using insights to inform decisions and drive business growth
- Working closely with the Inbound Enactments team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve performance and skills
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
