As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts, maintaining our customer expectations, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to meet the demands of the role
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, including outside loading departments
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
